• You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Please ensure that products are in their original condition and packaging, unused, and with all tags attached.

2. Easy Returns, Free Shipping

• Shipping for returns is free within the 30-day window.
• We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label once your return is approved.
• Simply re-pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any official carrier location.

3. Payment Processing

• All payments at Archie’s Pet Store are handled securely through Stripe.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
  Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return (except in cases of error or damage):

• Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats, live plants)
• Personalized or custom items
• Gift cards
• Opened or used pet food or treats
• Final sale or clearance items

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• We’ll send you a replacement or full refund, and cover all return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

• If you need a different size, color, or similar exchange, please initiate a return as above and place a new order for the desired item.

7. How to Start a Return
